In 1995, Theresa “Tee” Shields established TSSG-Diversity to provide professional recruitment and placement services for the engineering, sciences, and technological industries for Women and People of Color. What began as a single office in Philadelphia with two people creating professional possibilities is now the specialized leader in connecting the best talent with companies all over the world.
Individuals she has represented are top performers who define their respective industries. By working, and giving to the community, she maintains a vast network of engineering, sciences and technical talent throughout the world with diverse races, nationalities and genders.
She was previously the Vice President of JRS Petroleum Research and held positions with both F-O-R-T-U-N-E Consultants (FPC) and General Employment, working as manager, with employee relations, with compensation, and on organizational planning.
She is a member of Association of Executive Search Consultants, National Association of Corporate Directors and Professional Recruiters, and National Personnel Consultants. Tee is also the founding director and current president of Diversity Workplace Exposition, and the founder of The Diversity Executive’s Voice LinkedIn Group.
Since the firm was founded, she has assembled a world-class portfolio of client prospective, and worked with in various parts of the country and overseas.
